<P>天台山茶叶，已有上千年历史。唐代陆羽的《茶经》称：“生赤城者与歙同（指全国著名茶叶产地安徽翕县”，“石桥诸山亦产茶，味清甘，不让他郡。”天台山茶叶，不仅为全国名茶之一，早在宋代已传到日本。
    天台山茶叶是绿茶叶珍品，外形翠绿含毫，紧结如眉，香味浓郁，茶味甘甜，其中华顶云雾茶为最佳。</P>

<P>浙江天台白鹤镇山毛科柑桔基地种植柑桔有着悠久历史，年产柑桔200万斤以上，主要有特早桔、早熟桔、脐橙、天草桔、伊橘柑等30多个品种。现特早桔、早熟桔已上市。</P>

<P>还有白鹤的新楼村也是产好柑橘的地方。那里的柑橘很只是大部分销到新昌。我在那边</P>

<P>天台山“弥山药草，满谷丹材”其乌药以养生为最，秦汉以来名扬海内外。
唐高僧监真曾用乌药治愈日本光明太后之病，因而被誉为“长生不老之药”（虽有不妥当，但只能说明乌药确有特别之处）。
此外，天台白术、仙居玄参、太平荆芥为台州传统名药。</P>

<P>浙江省天台县西北角的白鹤镇万年山，八峰环翠，潭瀑叠藏，海拔在700米以上，终年云雾缭绕，山中名扬中外的古刹万年寺，寺前寺后均有茶园，日本佛教临济宗创始人荣西于公元1168年和公元1187年两度入天台山万年寺，潜心研究天台佛教觅宗之余，向万年山人学习栽茶、制茶、煮茶方法，临走时还带走了大量茶籽，种于博多的安国山等地，成为日本“名茶珍品”产地。荣西还著《吃茶养生记》，推广饮茶，继而形成日本独特的”茶道“，荣西被人尊为日本”茶祖“。
    万年山茶叶不但东传日本，名声赫赫，在国内也一直被视为珍品。万年山古号“平田禅院”，寺院前后茶园所产茶叶，齐中钦将其命为“平田麦颗”，列为第9品，清代诗人袁枚游览万年寺，品茗后挥笔写下万年“云雾茶浓水味清”的佳句。时至九十年代，万年山所产的“丹丘雾芽”色泽润绿，水色清澈、质香味浓。在1991年中国杭州国际茶文化节暨浙江省第三届斗茶会上，获名茶新秀一等奖。</P>
